Meet the speakers of Affiliate Grand Slam

Affiliate Grand Slam brings together 50+ speakers from brands, agencies, platforms, and independent operators. Many stand out for the scale of what they’ve built and the insights they bring to the affiliate marketing industry.

From founders and CEOs to media buyers running six-figure daily budgets and platform executives shaping product strategy at companies like TikTok, these speakers run the brands, campaigns, and platforms the rest of the industry is trying to figure out.

Here’s who to watch.

The names driving affiliate and performance marketing

Van Oakes, Founder of Goat Media, will bring a performance marketing perspective built on scaling Snapchat and telehealth campaigns, an area he’s known for testing aggressively rather than following convention.

Maor Benaim, CEO of Wolf Marketing, runs a Meta ad account that spends roughly $300,000 a day, and he will unpack how his team adjusts bidding and targeting in the platform’s post-AI era.

Josh Snow, Founder of SNOW, brings a direct-to-consumer and e-commerce lens, having built a brand around creative that scales. Nick Shackelford, Partner at BREZ, adds another DTC and media buying perspective, with a track record built on retention and revenue growth.

Sergei Glaukus, Founder and CEO of 88Projects, comes from the nutra space, an often-overlooked but highly profitable vertical, and will walk through how to build a nutra product from scratch with minimal risk.

And finally, Marisha Lakhiani serves as Chief Growth Officer at Mindvalley, the personal development platform that has scaled to more than 20 million members across 195 countries. She’s the outlier in this group, coming from outside affiliate marketing entirely, which is exactly the point: the growth mechanics behind a subscription platform at that scale aren’t as far removed from this room as they might seem.

The world’s biggest brands are showing up

Alongside independent operators, some of the biggest platforms in performance marketing are sending their own people to speak directly to the AGS floor. TikTok is sending two speakers. George Phu, Vertical Director for E-commerce and Emerging Industries, will share how brands can use TikTok Symphony to build stronger creative. Niv Shaked, Head of Indirect Sales, will make the case that discovery is where the big opportunity now sits, a shift that has clear implications for how affiliates and advertisers think about acquisition.

Knowledge tested in the market

Every name on this list speaks from experience, they’re drawing on campaigns they’ve scaled, brands they’ve built, and platforms they’ve helped develop, with money and consequences attached to every decision.

For delegates, that means direct access to people who’ve solved the exact problems most affiliates and advertisers are still working through, and the chance to ask them about it in person rather than from the back of a keynote hall.
