Affiliate Grand Slam (AGS) returns to Warsaw on 25 September 2026 for its next Affiliate Meetup, following a well-received gathering in the city last April. Taking place at Browar Warszawski, the evening will bring together affiliates, media buyers, advertisers, networks, and other performance marketing professionals for a focused mix of industry insights and networking.

The programme will feature five speakers covering media buying, mobile acquisition, affiliate networks, community building, and AI. Then it will be followed by an informal networking session designed to give attendees more time to exchange ideas, discuss potential partnerships, and reconnect with the wider affiliate community.

This continues AGS’s wider meetup programme, creating opportunities for the affiliate community to connect throughout the year outside its main summit. Previous gatherings have also taken AGS to cities including Budapest, Yerevan, and Limassol, bringing different parts of the digital marketing ecosystem together in smaller, more focused settings.

Five industry perspectives

Affiliate Meetup Warsaw will feature five speakers bringing experience across media buying, mobile acquisition, affiliate networks, community building, and AI.

Kate Smetankina, Managing Director at Easy Traff, brings a media-buying perspective shaped by campaigns across more than 30 countries. Having started as a PPC specialist in 2017, she now leads a 25-person affiliate and media-buying team working across multiple commercial models.

Alex Krukau, CCO and Co-founder of Sator Apps, will bring experience from both media buying and mobile technology. After starting as a solo media buyer, he went on to lead a team of more than 50 people and scale campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google UAC, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Anna Sukhanova, CEO and Co-founder of Gentle Partners and CEO of Graffiti Partners, brings more than a decade of experience in affiliate marketing. She has helped grow Gentle Partners into an international network of 800+ partners, supported by hundreds of direct advertisers and its own media-buying division.

Oleksa Braila, CEO of Epic Team, specialises in ASO and mobile app acquisition, with a focus on traffic economics, ROI, and sustainable growth. In Warsaw, he will explore five things AI still cannot do for a business and where human judgement continues to matter.

The programme will also feature Andy Dollar, Co-Owner of Creogen and Beelo.ai, adding another perspective to the evening’s discussions.

Together, the five speakers will cover different parts of the performance marketing ecosystem, giving attendees practical perspectives they can carry into the networking conversations that follow.

Bringing the affiliate community together

Warsaw provides the setting for a cross-section of the performance marketing industry to meet in a more informal environment.

The meetup is open to professionals across the affiliate ecosystem and is designed to encourage conversations between people working across different verticals, markets, and acquisition models. The registration process is approval-based, helping maintain a relevant mix of attendees while keeping the format focused on industry exchange and relationship-building.

That smaller setting serves a different purpose from a large exhibition floor. It gives attendees more room to discuss potential partnerships, compare approaches, reconnect with existing contacts, and meet people they may not otherwise encounter during a larger industry event.

The evening will continue with networking and a live DJ set, creating a more relaxed setting for conversations after the speaker programme concludes.

Part of AGS’s year-round meetup programme

The Warsaw gathering forms part of AGS’s wider effort to keep the affiliate and performance marketing community connected throughout the year.

AGS meetups are built around regional networking, industry insights, and relationship-building, creating smaller touchpoints between the businesses and professionals that come together across the broader Affiliate Grand Slam ecosystem.

The Warsaw meetup is hosted by AGS and supported by SiGMA, AIBC, and FX.World, with 1X Affiliates and Graffiti Partners endorsing the event.

That wider backing also reflects the increasing crossover between affiliate marketing and adjacent digital industries. Affiliates, advertisers, technology providers, and acquisition specialists rarely operate within a single channel or market, making opportunities to exchange knowledge across the ecosystem increasingly relevant.
