Affiliate Grand Slam (AGS) returned to Warsaw on 25 September 2026 for its second meetup in the Polish capital this year. The meetup brought affiliates, media buyers, advertisers, networks, and performance marketing professionals together at Browar Warszawski.
Following its April gathering in Warsaw, AGS returned with a simple format: industry talks first, followed by an evening of open networking. The programme covered traffic acquisition, AI, creative production, team management, and affiliate partnerships. Then the conversations continued over drinks, snacks, and a live DJ set.
Hosted by AGS, the meetup was supported by SiGMA, AIBC, and FX.World, and endorsed by 1X Affiliates and Graffiti Partners.
The speaker programme focused on some of the issues performance marketers are dealing with now, from changes in traffic sources to the practical limits of AI.

Alex Krukau, CCO and Co-founder of Sator Apps, looked at how media-buying teams are responding to instability across major traffic platforms and where acquisition activity is shifting.
Sergey, Media Buying Team Lead at Betoholic Team, challenged the assumption that the cheapest traffic is always the most valuable. He argued that acquisition cost alone does not tell the full story when traffic quality and long-term advertiser value are taken into account.
AI also featured heavily in the programme. Oleksa Braila, CEO of Epic Team, explored where automation can make mobile operations more efficient. He also looked at the areas where human judgement still matters.
Andy Dollar, Co-owner of Creogen and Beelo.ai, shared how AI-driven workflows can support creative production and help teams scale output without adding more people.
Oleh Kupets, Owner of KupetsTeam, turned the discussion towards people and management. He tackled the challenges media-buying teams can face as they grow.
And finally, Anna Sukhanova, CEO of Gentle Partners and Graffiti Partners, shared her perspective on affiliate programmes, products, and community.

Together, the sessions gave attendees a practical look at how teams are approaching traffic, technology, and growth in a fast-moving performance marketing environment.
The formal programme was only one part of the AGS Warsaw meetup.
Browar Warszawski provided a lively setting for the meetup, where attendees could move naturally from the speaker sessions into networking. With an open bar, snacks, and a DJ, conversations continued well beyond the presentations. This gave guests time to reconnect with existing contacts and meet new people from across the industry.

That informal atmosphere is central to the AGS meetup format. Rather than trying to recreate a large exhibition on a smaller scale, the goal is to give the community more room to talk directly, exchange ideas, and identify opportunities to continue the conversation after the event.

For Warsaw, that meant bringing people working across different traffic sources, GEOs, verticals, and business models into the same room without overcomplicating the format.
AGS Warsaw meetup was another stop on the road to Affiliate Grand Slam Rome, where the wider affiliate and performance marketing community will meet again from 02 to 05 November 2026 at Fiera Roma.
The scale will vary, but the objective remains the same: bring the right people together, give them space to exchange ideas, and create opportunities for conversations that continue beyond the event.
One AGS ticket also provides access to SiGMA, AIBC, and FX.World, extending the experience across eight exhibition halls and into adjacent industries.
