Ali Bartlett is a partner in the Gaming Group at Bose McKinney & Evans. She also serves as a principal in government relations with Bose Public Affairs Group. Ali focuses a large part of her practice on assisting clients in regulatory compliance, corporate and licensing matters within the casino gaming and state lottery industries, as well as in governmental affairs and policy matters within the same sphere. In addition to her work in regulatory and administrative law, Ali also assists clients in election law matters on the local, state, and federal levels, including with matters related to campaign finance, PAC compliance, and candidacy challenges, including before the Indiana Election Commission. She also has broad experience in legislative lobbying, municipal law, government procurement and general government regulatory work.
Ali is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, serves as a Board Member for the Greater Indianapolis Republican Women’s Club, as the 7th District Vice Chair for the Indiana Federation of Young Republicans, and is a graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Leadership Series (class of 2018-19) and of the Indiana Leadership Forum (class of 2017).
Prior to practicing law, and during law school, Ali served as a legislative assistant for the Indiana House of Representatives, where she provided policy and constituent services assistance to three state representatives. During law school, Ali was a member of the Moot Court Order of the Barristers and served as an appointed member of the Student Bar Association, a representative to the Dean’s Student Advisory Board and president of The Federalist Society. Ali also published an article in the Gaming Law Review as a law student, entitled “The Future of Sports Betting in the States: A Gamble on Federalism and the Growth of the Gaming Industry.”
Ali serves as a volunteer with Kids Voice of Indiana as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), representing children in the foster care system in Marion County.

The Week also saw many a networking dinner, speaking panel, drink gatherings and other opportunities for our hard-working delegates to unwind. A few highlights include the awards that congratulated those whose dedication, skill and acumen made them a leading figure in their industry as well as the fact that the conferences where graced by titans such as John Karony, Nolan Bushnell, Djibril Cissé, Akon and Mark Blandford who was awarded an Outstanding Contribution of the Year award for his pioneering work in the iGaming industry.
