The AGS Dubai Awards will be held on the 24th of May, 2021, at the InterContinental Dubai – Festival City Conference Center. Alongside premier networking opportunities, this extravagant awards gala will reward those who have led, innovated, and significantly impacted the business industry.
Attendees can expect an unforgettable night of celebrating achievements that will shine a spotlight on some of the most intriguing and creative projects to change the face of the Digital Marketing & Affiliate sector.
The evening is also an opportunity to give back to the community. Through the SiGMA Foundation, the awards night will host a charitable auction. Guests can bid on a number of desirable prizes, with previous items including art from high profile artists such as Mark Mallia, who, alongside Umnai’s AI system UMA, was part of a project to develop one of the first human-AI artworks.
The awards, which feature everything from Best Tech Affiliate of the year to Influencer of the year, aim to shine a spotlight on some of the most intriguing and creative tech projects to challenge the conventional role of technology – honouring the individuals and companies changing the face of the industry as we know it.
Hosted by Jessica Walker (seen left at a previous awards evening), the awards for this year are: Best Marketing Campaign of the year, Best Marketing Technology of the year, Best Marketing Affiliate of the year, Best Media Agency of the year, Best Affiliate Marketing Innovation of the year, Best Advertising Platform of the year, Best B2C Branding Content Campaign of the year, Best Tech Affiliate of the year, Best Crypto Affiliate of the year, Best Retail Affiliate of the year, Influencer of the year, Best SAAS Platforms, Best Retail Affiliate of the year, Industry Rising Star, and Merchant of the year.
How can you nominate?
Anyone working in the emerging tech industry can nominate a company, project, or person in one of the listed categories. The three best nominations will be shortlisted, with the winner to be selected by a combination of judges (70% votes) and the public (30%).
Nominations & self-nominations, which opened on the 8th of March will close on the 15th of April – when the three shortlisted projects will be announced – kickstarting the final voting phase to determine the finalist.
The Judges
Meticulously chosen from amongst experts, industry veterans and business leaders in the sector, including Yancy Naughton from HasTraffic and Wade Tonkin, Director, Global Affiliate Marketing at Fanatics.
The awards night is part of a two day summit in Dubai dedicated to digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, affiliation and content marketing. The AGS UAE event takes place on the 25th to 26th May, 2021, in the progressive emirate of Dubai. The event, which is held at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City will bring together key brands and individuals to discuss and shape the future of online marketing.
