Dan Trolaro is the Vice President of Prevention for EPIC Risk Management in the United States. Previously, he served as the Assistant Executive Director for the Council on Compulsive Gambling of New Jersey, also known as 800-GAMBLER.
After graduating from The College of New Jersey with a Finance major and an Economics specialization, Dan Trolaro spent 12 years in Investment Banking, Risk Management, and Financial Planning.
Since high school, Dan had been suffering in silence from a gambling disorder despite his successful profession. As a result of his personal experience with gambling addiction and the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Dan finally left the world of finance in order to heal personally and assist those who suffer from or are at risk for developing gambling problems.
Dan Trolaro has collaborated with stakeholders in more than 25 states and conducted hundreds of workshops, trainings, and keynote speeches on prevention, education, and new trends in the gaming industry.
