• Early departure which are advised later than 12 PM on the day of new departure will be charged 100% of the room charge, for 1 night. 
• Late check out up to 6 PM on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the room of the previous night. 
• Late check out later than 6:00 PM on the day of departure will be charged 100% of the room charged of the current night. 
• Room view, smoking and non-smoking preference, early check-in/ late check-out shall be subject to room availability. 
• The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges, i.e. mini bar, in-house video, telephone, etc. that are the responsibility of the guest. If the guest requests to pay by cash, the Hotel will require a PHP5,000.00 per day cash deposit on check in, the balance of which will be refunded upon check out. 
• Cancellation: Room Reservation should be cancelled 72 hours prior will not be charged, hence late cancellation within 72 hours and NO SHOW is subject to one night fee.
